Sandwich shops in downtown Lincoln

There are certainly plenty of them. My three favorites are Highnooners (the avacado on Rye, Wed. and Fri. only), Doozy's (just about anything but the Meatball), and, The Gourmet Grill (the Greek Chicken dinner, Wed. and Fri. only). I like other places too, but these three are close and quick.
